Coil Pack failure is a well-known problem in the Audi & Volkswagen world.

The upgraded R8 Coil Packs in this kit allow for a greater spark to be produced which will increase the performance and efficiency of your motor.

These Brisk Racing Plugs are perfect for K04 or larger turbo applications or cars running higher boost levels.

Why colder plugs?

When a spark plug is referred to as a “cold plug”, it is one that transfers heat rapidly from the firing tip into the engine head, keeping the firing tip cooler.

If you make modifications such as adding a turbo or supercharger, increasing compression, timing changes, use of alternative fuels, or sustained use of nitrous oxide, these can alter the plug tip temperature, necessitating a colder plug.

• *Check with particular tune manufacturer* 
• *A good rule of thumb: use one heat range colder for every 75–100hp added*
• Recommended Change Interval - 10k-12k
