Description
These Brisk Racing spark plugs are the perfect replacement or upgrade for your 2.0T TSI or FSI vehicle. They feature the OEM heat range meaning they are direct replacements for your factory spark plugs. These are also recommended for Stage 1 & Stage 2 tunes.
- Nickel/Zinc Coating Provides Superior Corrosion Protection
- The space between the reduced diameter of the center electrode and insulator tip enables a fast evaporation of fuel and prevents the formation of soft combustion deposits on the insulator tip of the spark plug.
- The cylindrical ending of spark plug insulator tip enables very fast achievement of spark plug self-cleaning temperature after engine start.
- The ceramics mass with a high content of AI2O3 with an increased dielectric strength of the spark plug.
- The copper core of center electrode increases the thermal conductivity and therefore it enables the insulator tip elongation by sufficient thermal value reserve of the spark plug.
Certain Tunes recommend re-gap to .028" *Check with specific tune manufacturer*
Stock Gap FSI (BPY): .032"
Stock Gap TSI (CCTA,CBFA): .032"

installation
Follow The OEM removal and Installation procedures:
The very most important rule when checking or adjusting the spark plug gap is, to never pry, apply or exert any force on the spark plug center electrode, or center electrode ceramic insulator. The force should be applied ONLY on the spark plug ground electrode strap moving it closer or further away from the spark plug center electrode. The spark plug gap adjustment should not be changed more than three times and should not exceed .008" in either direction. Excessive changing of the spark plug gap setting will result in weakening of the spark plug ground electrode and can lead to breakage. Also, the spark plug gap should never exceed .055" unless pre-set by the manufacturer.
