Description

The CSF S58 "Level-Up" Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold is a high-performance intake manifold designed for the BMW S58 engine found in the 2021+ G80 M3, G82 M4, F97 X3M, F98 X4M, and upcoming G87 M2. The manifold features a built-in charge-air cooler (CAC) to improve performance and reliability.

The CAC is made from high-quality aluminum and is TIG welded for strength and durability. It features a large core that provides efficient cooling for air intake. The CAC is also fully integrated into the manifold, eliminating the need for hoses and connectors. This makes the installation process much more straightforward and reduces the risk of leaks.

The manifold is made from billet aluminum, and CNC machined to exact specifications. It features a symmetrical design that provides equal airflow to each cylinder. This helps to improve combustion efficiency and power output. The manifold also features individual 1/8" NPT ports on the underside of each intake runner. These ports can be used for nitrous or methanol injection.
