CTS Turbo is proud to release our B-Cool Billet 3.0T Oil Filter Housing.
The OE plastic filter housing is quite fragile and is know to become brittle and crack over time.
Each CTS Turbo B-Cool Billet 3.0T Oil Filter Housing is constructed in house from T6061 Aluminum.
Not only does the B-Cool filter look good, but it works great. We have engineered cooling fins into our design to act as a heatsink, which dissipates heat from the engine oil.
Installation is very straight forward and only required basic hand tools.

Installation of CTS-HW-0243 requires removal of center cage from OE housing cap, which snaps into the CTS billet housing
warranty
- 1 year manufacturer defect warranty on CTS products only (excl. turbochargers).
- 6 months manufacturer defect warranty on CTS brand turbochargers.
- No warranty on ANY electrical or fuelling components.

Oil filter cap
I purchased this as a preventative measure to the cracking of the original part and for the looks. I'm not so sure the fins will cool the oil any since it is in the very hot engine bat but it looks goodl. The part fit perfectly and I'm satisfied.
