Description
At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the VW/Audi 2.0T FSI. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our single-piece CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe with integrated MAF flange allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

- This intake is not CARB exempt and is not legal for street use in California & other states adopting CARB standards. Please check your local laws before purchasing.
- Does not fit 06-08 Passat with automatic/DSG transmissions

MAF sensor off location
Opening for the MAF is located too far away on the intake. Had to relocate my harness and undo clips to get it to reach and it was still difficult to reach. I had to stretch the wiring, putting tension on the harness, causing damage to the harness resulting in having to replace it. The opening is also on the underside of the intake, which makes it very difficult to get the sensor itself inside.

didn't come with instructions and says was right one but the sensor is way off so can't plug it in. Also didn't get the minor filter for the front hose neither

looks good sounds good
I can finally hear the turbo breathing and it sounds awesome. It also dresses up the engine bay nicely with the air box and the optional heat shield.

Absolutely love it!! I was worried that this thing was going to be loud and obnoxious like most intakes. This is my first experience with a mkVI tsi intake so I don't have any comparison but this thing is quiet! When the hood is up, you can hear the blow off valve pretty good. When driving, you can hear a little more turbo and a very small amount of "suck" noise and blow off valve. Overall this thing is great.
