Description

Looking to add some more turbo noise to your Audi/VW with the EA888.3 engine than look no further than the CTS Turbo blow off valve.

The CTS Turbo 2.0T Atmospheric BOV KIT (EA888.3) is constructed of billet and completely serviceable.  Designed to work with all of the factory electronics, it will not cause any check engine lights and is simply plug and play. No wiring extensions needed!

This kit replaces the factory plastic unit which is prone to failure over time due to torn diaphragms, cracks and electrical failures.

All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part returned to us which upon inspection, is found to be defective. Claims for labor charges, down time or any other fees incurred will not be allowed.  All CTS Turbo products are covered under a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.  Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing.  Warranties only apply to the original owner.  If a product is found defective the customer will receive, at the discretion of CTS Turbo, free repair or replacement.

  • Annoys my wife enough

    Finally found a mod that makes enough noise that my wife won’t drive my car.

    It’s a really nice unit and I like that it’s put together that way you’re not fighting with a spring and trying to keep it together while installing. A 5mm Ball end Hex will save you a ton of grief. I took the top bolts out first and then the bottom while sliding the stock DV back while I backed out the bottom bolt. It kept the bolt in the stock DV hole. It’s loud enough with the windows down but with them up and the radio on it’s not bothersome at all.

    I do have a few small issues with it. First, why CTS doesn’t include any paperwork with it is beyond me. There’s an extra spring in the box but no instruction on what it’s for. Second, I wasn’t a fan of how the electric connector zip ties to the PCV hose. I got some self tapping screws and mounted it to the firewall. Third, CTS should include a vacuum diagram with it. There’s one on their website but the colors they use are awful and not useful for someone that’s color blind. Other than that this thing is awesome. Highly recommend

  • Difficult but worth it

    About a 4+ hour job on a 2015 VW Jetta 1.8t. Removing and installing the bolts is by far the hardest and most tedious thing. Job was completed with two people. Tools, bits, and bolts dropped multiple times due to the positioning of the stock valve. But the sound is worth it one way it is completely installed

  • It's the sound I was looking for. Build quality is outstanding. Cts instructions made it seem a lot faster job than it turned out to be on a 2016 gen 3, 1.8 tsi but I got it done. Thank you Sean and Modded Euros.

    Easy install. Did it real quick and only needed a few tools. Sounds great.

  • Literally the best sounding BOV for a VW I have heard incredibly loud for not having a tune or any turbo modifications.

    This BOV sounds great and is made out of really nice material, I did have a issue with the installation instructions. I gave CTS a call and we were able to to figure it out. They have excellent customer service. It also shipped very quickly.
