The CTS Turbo MK7 GTI 3" cat-back exhaust system is hand tig welded using the finest T304 stainless steel. Their exhaust system was designed for both street use and big turbo abuse. Other MK7 GTI exhausts that are currently available can choke peak power and limit the breathing due to their 2.5" construction. The 3" design of the CTS Turbo MK7 GTI cat-back is ideal those of us chasing serious horsepower.

Beautiful, well-made cat-back with decent growl!

CTS CBE is just enough tone to give my MK7 character without being over bearing or droning. Cold starts are nice, I can cruise at 2K without excessive exhaust note which is great for road trips and I can now hear DSG farts when shifting about 5K. I recommend this to anyone looking to add a nice performance exhaust note but if you want something louder then go with a down pipe or this plus a down pipe.
Minus a star since the finished good arrived with a dent I had to work out.

Installed cts turbo cat back exhaust on 16 MK7 GTI DSG. Excellent construction beutiful exhaust. Tips have not aligned perfectly at first shot so needs some tweaking. Easy install overall. Sound is very mature and tame at idle and cruising but opens up nice under throttle. Best description is low bass almost boomy. No noticeable performance gain other than it feels that lost some low end but gained in the higher revs. All based on feeling and not measured
Overall great value. Looks sound and construction. Will be interesting if I ever decide on pairing with a downpipe
