Introducing the CTS Turbo Billet Intake Manifold Plenum, meticulously crafted for the Audi RS3/TTRS DAZA/DNWA engines. Engineered with precision, the plenum optimizes airflow dynamics to elevate performance while maintaining OEM compatibility.

By intelligently relocating the throttle body mounting flange outward, CTS eliminates the need for the OEM spacer, ensuring direct airflow to the nearest engine cylinder. Through extensive design and CFD testing, they have significantly enhanced airflow efficiency. The plenum features an expanded divider passage, boosting the overall flow rate while preserving stock flow distribution among engine cylinders.

Considering the firing sequence of 1-2-4-5-3, CTS has fine-tuned the plenum to replicate real-world motor conditions, ensuring optimal air distribution. Additionally, 2 1/8 NPT ports have been integrated for enhanced versatility.

The flow bench testing revealed a remarkable 53% reduction in overall pressure drop at 600 CFM:

• Stock plenum: 35.0 inH20 @ 600 CFM
• CTS plenum: 16.5 inH20 @ 600 CFM

On a Stage 3 modified RS3, the plenum achieved an impressive 45 WHP gain and 60 WTG increase over the stock intake plenum—with no additional tuning required.
