Designed to remove excessive movement in the factory mounting, the CTS Turbo torque arm insert will do just that. Constructed to be 65A on the durametric scale, these inserts are made in the USA using DuPont Adepreene urethane.

For use on vehicles with the below style torque arm. The torque arm bushing is located in the front subframe of the vehicle it can be check by using your camera phone to take a photo under the car:

Installation was straightforward. I have a mk7 tsi 1.8t and have had the insert for about a month. First impressions- it vibrates... alot. Especially in reverse. as the engine warms up the vibrations tend to go down but in neutral and park the vibrations are very noticiable and can be almost overwhelming at times. As for performance it has been a huge improvement, the throttle is more responsive and rugged, its no longer floaty and dismissive, and gear changes are more stiff. overall it is a good product if you dont mind the vibrations and as for the shape of the toruque arm insert, i would look at a different torque insert because it doesnt fit as good as it can.
