Eventuri’s V2 Carbon Intake System for your BMW G20 B48 is developed to provide increased performance and HP gains. The material made for this upgrade is prepreg carbon fiber, designed to withstand high temperatures and volume.

This system is engineered to avoid heat in the engine bay as much as possible to have ambient air in the system, especially for the turbo to build boost in an optimal manner. During development, Eventuri noticed an additional opening into the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a secondary feed to our airbox. Furthermore, our sealed airbox also has a heat shield with gold reflection to minimize the radiative heat transfer from the exhaust manifold.

The carbon tube is designed larger in internal volume with a starting internal diameter of 111mm (4.4″), smoothly tapering down to match the turbo inlet. This carbon tube material provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet reducing any turbulence and restriction. Finally, a custom-made ISO-tested high-flow dry filter gives a larger filtration for better air in the system.
