The EBM from H&R also known as the electronic bypass module allows for Volkswagen MK7 and MK8 generation vehicles with DCC to install non-DCC coilovers. Volkswagens Dynamic chassis control uses sensors in the vehicle shocks to change the ride.

The Problem:

When installing performance coilovers many of these aftermarket systems are not compatible with the DCC system. If the sensors are not plugged in, a dashboard fault will show causing other systems of the vehicle not to perform properly.
