Utilizing our very own development MK8 GTI, Unitronic Engineers quickly started 3D scanning the new EA888 EVO4 engine bay, which helps them interact with 3D models to identify fitment constraints, possible new mounting locations, and other component locations to ensure the final product fits perfectly within the “envelope”.

Once all product updates were made to assure perfect fitment, the Unitronic Carbon Fiber Intake System successfully optimized airflow, improved throttle response, and enhanced turbo induction sounds while providing seamless integration and an aggressive carbon fiber presence in the engine compartment of the MK8 GTI.
