    Unitronic’s ECU Calibrators deliver the maximum power output while staying within the operational limits of the factory engine and drivetrain components.     OEM “fail safes” are retained within the ECU calibration. Close monitoring of all operation parameters ensures that engine operation stays within factory components limits, resulting in reliability.

    Aligned with the OEM strategy, the calibration is designed to offer a large flat torque plateau to provide a smooth and linear power band.     Vehicle speed limiter within ECU is removed. (Subject to transmission rotational speed limit.)

    Awesome!!!!

    I just purchased the stage 1+ and I'm freaking in love! It had made an insane difference without taking daily driving abilities away. Shifting before 3 grand is smooth and easy and issues with just cruising. Then then you drop two gears and floor it and it pushes you back in your seat! I highly recommend the unitronic tune! Super easy to install and you're set!

    Kicks ASS!! Simple but powerful!! Easy install and what a difference it makes. I actually get pushed back in my seat when boost hits at 4k. The low torque is incredible and the daily drivabiltiy is awesome!! Ive had the tune for 6months now and will be upgrading to 2.0 in a month or so. Just waiting for the downpipe..You can upgrade for cheap to from 1+ to 2. Just by the cable so you can do it yourself.

    I would high recommend this upgrade. and/or the 2.0

    amazing

    You WILL NOT regret purchasing this software for your MK7 GTI. It makes the car scary fast. Running with stock tires and engine/trans mounts makes it difficult to get the power to the ground without spinning the tires through 2nd and even third gear if you are on rough or wet pavement.

    I was a little worried about how the stock clutch would handle the increased power but so far so good. Will just have to cross that bridge when I come to it I guess

    I was honestly getting frustrated with the lack of power in my MK7 GTI, to the point I was looking at M235’s. I decided to try out the Stage 1+ tune in hopes of falling in love with the car, and well, it worked. This tune completely changed the driving dynamics throughout every gear. Now the GTI isn’t just fun around corners, but can hold its own in the straights. Fall in love with your GTI again, buy this tune!

    I loved my car when I first bought it, but the fun eventually wore off as I got used to how it behaved. This completely changed my GTI, and I have fallen in love with it all over again. This is definitely a must have

    Unitronic Rocks

    The tune feels awesome and really wakes the car up. If you don't put your foot into it you would never know it was tuned but once you mash it and build boost the car takes off. Modded Euros got everything out fast and everything was well packaged.

    I did have some software issues but Unitronic customer service took great care of me and got me going. The issue was with my anti virus software on my laptop and my Uniconnect+ program needing a firmware update. The flash took a total of 15 minutes and was super easy. Unitronic customer service is top notch!!

    Love my unitronic tune

    Absolutely love the tune love the sound I wanted to go with the stage 2 but didn't have the money right now went with the stage 1 plus still very happy did the tune right in my driveway only took about 15 minutesabsolutely love the feeling and response of the engine feels like a new car

    Excellent

    This tune has exceeded my expectations! The technical support at Unitronic we’re also great! The throttle response, acceleration and transmission all seem so much more “tight”. Such a positive improvement! I couldn’t recommend Unitronic highly enough. Also, if you’re looking to use the UniConnect with a Mac there is a program called Parallel that will let you run Windows on a Mac, fyi (I’m not affiliated with them or anything. Just a great program. It does cost money, but it’s worth it, if you’re a Mac person.).
